"I'm a junior artist working in the industry, and I wanted to thank you for your incredible courses.
I watched all of them, and they were absolutely fantastic, super helpful, and easy to follow.
Thanks to your teaching style, I finally grasped some concepts that were confusing me for a while.
The way you explained everything made it so much clearer, and you introduced some really cool techniques I had never heard of before.
I truly appreciate your time and effort in creating such high-quality content.
Immense thanks for sharing your knowledge. Your videos have made a huge difference for me."

JUNIOR COMPOSITOR

"I'm feeling very inspired after watching your courses. You're a great teacher.
Because you explain everything in such an accessible way, the information is very easy to digest.
After your lessons, I have no heavy feeling like I was trying to learn something deeply scientific or like unfathomable rocket science."

"I'm not that far into the course but felt compelled to write just to say that you are a phenomenal teacher, and this Nuke course is unquestionably the best I've taken thus far.
I've never been more engaged and excited to progress. I can't wait for more."

matt r.
junior COMPOSITOR

"Just wanted to say thank you for making this training. Even though I've been involved in Compositing for more than 10 years, there are still many misconceptions about the nodes and methodologies in Nuke.
Through the foundations courses, I discovered numerous valuable tips and treasures. It helped me streamline my knowledge and was incredibly helpful and insightful. I've never watched any tutorials that explain every aspect of Nuke so clearly. Thank you so much."

Hey, I'm Daniel Kaczkowski (kaz-COW-ski).
I've been a Visual Effects Artist for over 10 years, and for the past half decade I've been a Senior/Lead Compositor in the VFX industry while also training dozens of junior and senior artists.

Throughout my career, I've completed 2,000+ VFX shots across 150+ projects.
Supervising/Leading over 30.
From music videos, short films, documentaries, and commercials, to high-end feature films.
From the biggest names in music to the biggest IMAX blockbusters in theaters.
You can see a list of some of the projects I've worked on below.

It's not said enough, but learning VFX is hard. My goal with this site is to make it as easy as possible
and for you to actually understand how everything works so you can build shots on your own.
We cover the theory, what's happening under the hood in our software, then practical examples.
Finishing it off with assignments then intermittent projects so the information really sticks.

I use Nuke & Houdini throughout the courses, but the knowledge can be applied in any VFX software.
Understanding all of the concepts taught will make you software-independent.
I believe this is the best way to learn VFX and how you can go from an amateur to a professional.
View my IMDb to see a list of over 100 projects that I've worked on.
Note, that 50+ projects I've contributed to such as documentaries, short films, and commercials are not listed here.
